Privacy policy
This policy explains how ENVICBLUE INTERNATIONAL LTD ("Envicblue", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit our website, contact us or work with us. We are the data controller for this information and we are committed to protecting it in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, location and details about your project, when you use our contact form, project planner, email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Client information — details needed to deliver our services, such as billing contacts, invoices and project communications.
- Technical information — basic information such as your IP address and browser type, recorded by our hosting provider's server logs to keep the website secure and working.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotes (steps before entering into a contract / legitimate interests).
- To deliver and support the services you have asked for (performance of a contract).
- To keep financial and business records (legal obligation).
- To keep our website secure and improve it (legitimate interests).
- To send you news or marketing — only where you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time (consent).
3. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted providers who help us run our business, including:
- Form delivery — FormSubmit, which delivers website form submissions to our email inboxes.
- Email and productivity — our email providers, used to receive and reply to messages.
- Website hosting — the company that hosts our website and its server logs.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
- Google Fonts — our website loads fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address to deliver them.
- Professional advisers — such as accountants, where required.
4. International transfers
Some of our providers store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, adequacy regulations or equivalent protections.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months unless you become a client. Client and financial records are kept for up to 6 years after our work ends, to meet legal and tax requirements. After that, information is securely deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email sales@envicblue.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
7. Keeping your information safe
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls and trusted providers — to protect your information against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
8. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
Cookie policy
This policy explains how the Envicblue website uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. They help websites work properly and can remember your preferences.
2. How we use cookies
We keep things simple. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you choose which cookies we may use: Accept all, Essential only, or pick individual categories under Preferences. Essential storage is always on because the site needs it to work; analytics and marketing cookies are only ever used with your consent. At present our website does not run analytics or advertising cookies — if we add them, they will only load for visitors who have agreed.
| Type | Purpose | Used on our site? |
| Strictly necessary | Essential features such as security and remembering your cookie choice (stored in your browser as envicblue-consent until you clear it). | Yes — always on |
| Analytics | Understanding how visitors use the site so we can improve it. | Only with your consent |
| Marketing | Measuring campaigns and showing relevant adverts. | Only with your consent |
3. Third-party services
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Google receives your IP address to deliver the fonts; fonts do not set cookies on our behalf.
- WhatsApp — if you tap a WhatsApp button, you leave our website and WhatsApp's own privacy and cookie policies apply.
- FormSubmit — when you send an enquiry, your details are passed to FormSubmit to deliver them to our inbox.
4. Changing your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If we add new types of cookies in future, we will ask for your consent again and update this policy.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the website work. Useful guides: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.
